"Words cannot express how grateful I am to have Karen Cole as my State Farm insurance agent. Having had bad experiences with other companies previously, I was pleasantly surprised of the treatment, care, and efficiency of State Farm Insurance. Add a top insurance agent, who is knowledgeable, kind, and detailed, such as Karen Cole to a wonderful company such as State Farm and you have a win-win team that is really there for you. It is more than her years of experience and extreme knowledge. Feeling awful after being in an accident, she reassured me of the process, and told me that is why we have insurance. I cannot tell you how beneficial that was to my emotional well-being. Later, when I had any questions of the claim process, she not only answered them, and directed me in the right direction, she would get specifics by calling directly to the claim agent on my behalf. I am so lucky to have Karen Cole as my representative. I highly recommend her for all insurance needs. Karen and her staff, Michelle and Trina, are the absolute best. The three of them make up a successful team with whom to do business. Thank you Karen, Michelle, and Trina for all you do. Way to go, Team!"

"my car got stuck in the mud and i had to pay $300 for an extraction, I called my insurance agent and she told me to send over the bill and they will cut a check the next day. it is great to have them by your side in a muddy situation."
